The mediation and mindfulness have been most useful for me I am definitely getting better at being in the moment. I haven’t really got to grips with journaling though I’m sticking with and think I’m going in the right direction. I’m going to research more on Intentions I really like them. I’m afraid STOP hasn’t really worked for me. I think I don’t really get it. More direction on it would be useful. Thank you for dedicating so much time to help us all. You are a very generous man. 👍😊

Mindfulness and regular check-ins, STOP and THINK, kindness to myself have all become part of my life now.
I found meditation the hardest until this little gem hit my screen; "The real meditation is how you live your life", and then it all gelled beautifully.
I really feel like I have a new relationship with myself and life.
Excercise, caffeine reduction and water consumption needs attention, but working on it.
I am finding that as I focus on myself positively and practice all that "YOU'VE GOT THIS" has taught me, the anxiety relieves itself 💥

The mindfulness & meditation has helped me so much even with my anxiety seizures , Going from 4 to 7 a day to a few times a week , its helped my ibs , panic disorder , its helped me leave the house more , im able to eat new foods without worry due to my emetophobia ( fear of vomiting ) i have been doing things on my hobbies i want to try list and the (S.T.O.P) has been a game changer , I regularly watch all the videos you have posted too , Thankyou so much for all the time u have invested in us , Im reading Jon Kabat-Zinn's 2019 book ( Mindfulness For All , The Wisdom To Change The World ) its a breath of fresh air

The mediation for me has definitely made the biggest noticable change. Still working on the mindfulness but that's helping too. I've a few little blips but thankfully only last a little while as now meditate rather than them lasting days. It's now trying to tackle the acid reflux as think that's what set me off the other night.

Meditation has been a useful addition to my routine and life.. mindfulness I still find hard. The lists, and journals weren’t for me, but I get why it could help. I’m still trying to learn how to slow down.. I have a busy job, and a busy mind so I know I need to “make time” to do all these things. Really enjoyed all the videos though and the advice! Really enjoyed learning new things 🥰

It has all had a powerful influence on me, getting in a good habit with my journal too daily. For me three things stand out for me on my journey, meditation, has been mind blowing, it feels like a treat, taking time to relax, and get in the moment, jon kabat zinn, really is a legend, secondly, i feel the mindful therapy, thinking about everything i do, every thing i say, actually feeling the moment, seeing the moment, has really surprised me, how much that can change you for the better! Thirdly, realising the choices we make every day, literally determines, our lives, how even changing small things, putting the intentions in place, make a huge difference to the outcome! David Brown, you really have made me STOP and think, and for that i an truly grateful ❤️❤️

For me it was a bit of everything, main things are, getting up straight away in morning, body scan meditation are a god send, all the little videos, I still go back and listen to when I need to, big one's are intentions, food changes, not Google, I do mindfulness a lot more now, but mainly it's the whole thing, you as a coach, virtual friends helping, giving encouragement, I've learnt a great deal and I'm a lot happier, would like to see tapping including, I've done tapping before joining and if done right it works, well it do for me

I found the the mediation and the STOP acronym most helpful I enjoyed all the video and links and your own videos. Your videos I found very calming and reassuring.
I dont think anything was unhelpful I didnt really gel with John Kabat Zinn meditation but that's just personal.preference.

I very much would like to join group 3 . I’m using all the tools at different times for different situations and I am still on my journey . Without you and the group members, I would not be were I am now . I am working full time and dealing with difficult situations. But I’m coping and growing .

I would also like to join group 3. Being part of this group helps me to be more positive. It has helped me get a greater control of my anxiety by not pay much attention to the thoughts in my head. The introduction of meditation and the breathing exercises to my daily routine has given me the confidence to push my boundaries.

I would very much also like to be part of group 3 I could of not got through the last months without your help and even come out with more understanding and slightly stronger which is hard for me to believe as been in some difficult times. I am now more reassured than before that I can control my emotions or at least stop and calm and believe tomorrow will be a new day
